Our team re-visited Pangboche to conduct a refresher training for the teachers of Pangboche Primary School located in Khumjung VDC of Solukhumbu district, where OLE Nepal in collaboration with Nepal Youth Foundation (NYF) had implemented laptop program to provide access to quality educational resources to the children of primary level. Three-day refresher training was conducted between October 30 to November 8, 2015 during which, the key concepts and skills learned during the basic training was reinforced. Any confusions or challenges encountered were addressed along with the review of general trouble shooting techniques.

Apart from addressing important aspects of training, our team also followed up on the progress and challenges faced by the students and teachers of the school, interacted with the focal person regarding regular use of laptops in classrooms, maintenance of record book after the laptop integrated classes and other important areas concerning laptop program.

One of the outstanding activities conducted during the visit was the setup of E-Pustakalaya laboratory at the school. The school was successful in setting up a library where they had different books as well as computers for students to access.  Our team found improvements among students in the use of the digital educational materials without much challenges.
