March 18, 2015 | Solukhumbu
OLE Nepal conducted its highest deployment in cooperation with Nepal Youth Foundation (NYF).
In process of providing access to quality learning resources to the students from different geographical backgrounds, OLE Nepal reached Pangboche located in Khumjung VDC of Solukhumbu District to deploy digital educational resources to students of Pangboche Primary School. Our team conducted an exciting five-day basic training in the conference hall located 4,000 meters above sea level.

Apart from training, our team also deployed 12 XO laptops loaded with E-Paath and E-Pustakalaya – learning resources designed and developed by OLE Nepal. The total of four participants were present during the training program which introduced them towards the objectives of the program, methods of integrating them in the classrooms and technicalities of networking.
This is OLE Nepal’s first joint venture conducted with the foundation. NYF is an organization who offers hope and opportunity to Nepal’s most impoverished children by providing them what is every child’s birthright: vital healthcare, education and a safe environment. The organization also runs different programs enabling Nepali Youth to achieve their potentials.

“I believe the content available in E-Paath and E-Pustakalaya will definitely help us to make our teaching and learning more creative, effective in coming days.” Man Bhadur Rai, Head Teacher
