OLE Nepal continues to expand the reach of E-Pustakalaya in various regions of the country, with Bhaktapur being the latest addition. A team comprising of three members, Mr. Ganesh Ghimire, E-Pustakalaya Coordinator, and two technical staffs Mr. Sawal Acharya and Mr. Prashant Shrestha from OLE Nepal successfully installed offline E-Pustakalaya servers in Tara Secondary School and Bright Star English School on March 12 and 16 respectively. With this installation, many students will now have access to over 6,500 quality educational resources helping them explore their learning process.

The entire staff were very enthusiastic about using digital learning resources in daily classroom teaching-learning process. Their enthusiasm further escalated with the realization that they can now use E-Pustakalaya on their mobile phones as well. “I can get access to the materials even when I am teaching in my classroom. This will surely help me provide students more information and make the lessons more exciting,” said one of the teachers of Tara Secondary School.
The installation process was followed by an orientation and presentation, highlighting the features of the digital library and elaboration on how to navigate the webpage through the interface. Some of the hands-on exercise on using pustakalaya was also conducted.
