January 2015 | Kathmandu

The CAN (Computer Association of Nepal) Info-tech for year 2015 recently took place with astounding number of visitors coming in to see what’s new and happening in the world of hardware. The exhibition was a success with hundreds of stalls attracting visitors, allowing them to explore the latest products and services under one roof.

OLE Nepal was also part of this huge exhibition that took place from January 28 to February 02 at Brikuti Mandap, Kathmandu. Through this platform, we largely exhibited our digital library, E-Pustakalaya which is a vast collection of educational resources including thousands of books, text materials, reference materials, audio-visuals, news articles, magazines and many more beneficial resources. Apart from highlighting the advantages of the tool and its mobile application, information regarding the ways to install E-Pustakalaya at schools was also actively shared. E-Paath, a curriculum based interactive digital tool which currently holds activities for grades two through six was also freely distributed.

From students, teachers, avid readers, bookworms to general public, people from various backgrounds visited our stall. They were excited to know about the tool which carries thousands of contents freely available to them not just online but also without internet connectivity (after downloading the books).

We would like to heartily thank the CAN for allowing us to exhibit and promote our digital library to the public.
